I want to be able to add multiple photos of my inventory items

I want to export my inventory to a google sheet.

While I love the ability to create, score, and store audition information for each member within the app, I typically bring in at least 1-2 judges that are not directly associated with guard, i.e. band director, for auditions. They would not have the Guardy app so the option to print a blank scoring sheet would be fantastic to have. I also need to be able to provide my school district a copy of the audition results if they ever ask for it.

I know this app is more geared toward inventory, but since you’re adding attendance, Can you let us create a list of specific tracker items for each student/performance. Example: I keep a drop count for each student at each performance. I also keep a skills matrix for each student

I'd like to propose a new feature for Guardy that could significantly enhance our users' experience - the ability to select specific items from their inventory for sale and generate a shareable link. This link would empower users to share their listings on Facebook, providing a seamless way for potential buyers to view or purchase the item directly. Key features of this proposed functionality: Selective Inventory Sharing: Users can choose specific items from their inventory that they wish to sell. A user-friendly interface should allow easy selection and deselection of items. Shareable Links: Once items are selected, users can generate a shareable link for each item or a combined link for multiple items. Shared links will lead potential buyers directly to the item listing on Guardy. Facebook Integration: Users can share these links on Facebook with a single click, reaching a broader audience. The link should provide a preview of the item, enticing users to click and view more details. User-Controlled Expiry: Users should have the ability to set an expiry date for the shared link. This feature provides users with control over the duration of visibility for their listings. Implementing this feature could greatly enhance our users' ability to market and sell their items within their social circles. It aligns with the growing trend of social commerce and can potentially attract more users to the Guardy platform. I would appreciate it if the team could consider this suggestion and explore its feasibility. Your feedback on this feature request would be invaluable.

Give staff a email and push notification alert to give a member their medicine. This would be helpful during band camp or outside school events. Maybe allow users to set Medicine Reminders under the members profile.

I’d like to be able to check out a silk, pole, and weights as a unit rather than having to check out those 4 items individually, per flag, per student.

Lendout is a features that would be located in the main menu. Once users click on the lendout icon they can switch between Marketplace and My Lendouts. This feature would allow users to post unused inventory for the season that they would be willing to rent out to other local school within a 80 mile radius. A organization can then request that item from the marketplace page and setup a local pickup or pay for shipping cost. Before item would be sent organization would have to agree to terms and conditions of the lendout and make payment. (Each organization will have to link their bank account to ensure that we can collect and send funds.) the terms and conditions would cover that if a organization uses the item and damages it they could be subject to fees. There is a lot more details that goes into this features and we plan to share more information once we get closer to the development stage. Right now this is just an idea that Guardy team has been latched to for some time.

Something where guard instructors can add their stretches in guardy in order to then play a warm up pre-recorded action packed fitness timer. The instructor can put this on before a show or practice to get students warmed up. This would need to be 100% customizable for each organization. The voiceovers would be pre-recorded on guardys end.

This feature would allow Guard Instructors to add a NFC Sticker to their equipment. This can come in handy when signing out equipment out to students. This also can help when you have items laying around and not sure whos is whos. You can tap the equipment to the back of your phone and the app will tell you knows it is. NFC sticker are really cheap and come in big packs.
