i would love to see something like a skill tracker. i’m wanting to do something like a pass-off sheet, where my students have to pass off their new skills and prove that they can do it correctly. i would love a section dedicated to tracking, much like someone suggested earlier!!

I know this app is more geared toward inventory, but since you’re adding attendance, Can you let us create a list of specific tracker items for each student/performance. Example: I keep a drop count for each student at each performance. I also keep a skills matrix for each student

Allow us to convert our inventory into a PDF to share or to print out.

Or a notes section so we can all add the random info that we need to the profiles.

I am writing to suggest an idea that I believe could greatly benefit our user community - the development of a desktop website version of the Guardy mobile app. Key benefits of a desktop website version: Enhanced Accessibility: Many users prefer working on a larger screen for tasks that involve detailed information, managing multiple items, or prolonged usage. A desktop version would make Guardy more accessible to users who primarily use laptops or desktop computers. Efficient Multitasking: Users often need to multitask or switch between applications seamlessly. A desktop version would enable users to manage their inventory and perform other tasks on the same device more efficiently. Expanded Feature Set: A desktop version allows for the integration of additional features that are better suited for a larger screen, such as advanced reporting, comprehensive analytics, or a more extensive dashboard. Consistent User Experience: Providing a consistent user experience across multiple devices enhances user satisfaction. Users can seamlessly transition from mobile to desktop without having to adapt to a different interface. Increased User Engagement: Some users may prefer using Guardy in a professional or office setting where desktop usage is more common. A desktop website version would cater to a broader audience and potentially increase user engagement. I understand that developing a desktop version may require additional resources, but I believe the long-term benefits and user satisfaction would make it a worthwhile investment. I would appreciate it if the team could consider this idea and explore the feasibility of transforming the mobile app into a desktop website. Your insights and feedback on this proposal would be highly valuable.

Send students an email with their results from their audition if their Instructors chooses to send it.

Send a welcome email to our new users when they sign up.

A tracker of fee’s. Ie what is due, what the student has paid or a blank tracker we can fill out

Add a sort filter in inventory to sort or filter by quantity range

Allow each organization to set an attendance policy in their settings. This would allow users to set a warning and push an email to student with a custom warning message once that students reaches X amount of tardies or absences.
